Solana Beach
As you would guess, Solana Beach is a beach community that has a beachy vibe while also having a swanky upscale feel from boutique shops, galleries, restaurants, and organic farmer’s market along Cedros Design District. The whole county and all of Southern California is at your fingertips with a local coaster and Amtrak station. Relax at Fletcher’s Cove and cool off in the lapping waves of the Pacific Ocean and then take a stroll down to the original Pizza Port for some pizza and craft brews from one of the longest standing and one of the most celebrated local craft breweries. Solana Beach is the gateway to Rancho Santa Fe to the east and Del Mar to the South. Hop on a double decker bus, and within minutes you are at the San Diego County Fairgrounds for the summer fair, the two horse racing seasons in summer and fall, and you can take in any number of additional events that go on at the fairground.
Why live here? Solana Beach is a serene and upscale community with a small town feel. There are housing options from the quaint beach bungalow to the Cliffside beach home with panoramic views, to the tract home near the shopping center, to the condo with views of the golf course. The historic 10 goes right through the coastal town, and there is easy freeway access and Coaster access for the commuter.
